By this Civil Application, applicant is seeking condonation of 44 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the Judgment and Award dated 22/09/2014 passed by Motor Accident Claims Tribunal at Thane in M.A.C.P. No. 423 of 2009.

(I) Delay of 44 days in filing First Appeal is condoned. (II) Civil Application stands disposed of accordingly. (III) No order as to costs.
