These Civil Applications have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 107 days and 41 days in filing Family Court Appeal (St) No.13800 of 2017 and Family Court Appeal (St) No.13802 of 2017 respectively. Both these Appeals have been filed by the Appellant - husband challenging the common judgment and order dated 21st October 2016.

When these matters were called out in the morning session, we had asked the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Appellant to take instructions from his client whether he was willing to pay costs of Rs.20,000/- to the Respondent - wife. When these matters were called out in the afternoon session, the Appellant - husband has agreed to pay costs of Rs.20,000/- and has accordingly handed over the same to the Respondent - wife.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and considering the averments in the above Civil Applications, the delay of 107 days and 41 days in filing the above Family Court appeals is condoned.
