The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No.201 of 2022 registered with Shikrapur Police Station for the offences punishable under Sections 306, 498-A, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal code, 1860.

The applicants were granted interim protection on 7th April, 2022 and 22nd June, 2022. The applicants in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.947 of 2022 are mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the deceased. Whereas, the applicant in Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.1373 of 2022 are the brother-in-law of the deceased.

The FIR was registered on 28th February, 2022. The first informant is the brother of deceased. The marriage between deceased and accused No.1 was solemnized on 9th December, 2008. The incident of suicide has occurred after the period of fourteen years from the date of marriage. The husband of deceased was arrested and granted bail. 4.
Learned APP submitted that, the applicants have not executed the bail bonds at the Police Station. Vide order dated 28th September, 2022. It was recorded that, the applicants had assured that, they would appear before the Investigating Officer on 10th October, 2022, 12th October, 2022 and as an when required.

Learned Advocate for the applicant submitted that, the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer today and they are willing to attend further.

Learned APP submitted that, the applicants may be directed to appeared on Sunday i.e. 16th October, 2022 at 11.00 a.m. 7.
In the aforesaid circumstances the applications can be disposed off.
ORDER
(i) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application No.947 of 2022 of 2022 and Criminal Anticipatory Bail Application
No.1373 of 2022 are allowed.
(ii) In the event of arrest of the applicant in connection with C. R. No.201 of 2022 registered with Shikrapur Police Station. The applicant be released on bail on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount. (iii) The applicant shall report Investigating Officer on 16th October, 2022 at 11:00 a.m.
(iv) Criminal Anticipatory Bail Applications disposed off.
