Insofar as the respondent no.3 is concerned, learned counsel for the respondent no.3 has produced a copy of the authority letter dated 28th August, 2019 authorizing the signatory to the consent terms to sign the consent terms. The authorized signatory is present in Court. The authority letter is taken on record. The consent terms are taken on record and marked "X" for identification. The undertakings, if any, in the consent terms are accepted. 3.
