None for the Petitioners, when the matter called out. No Affdavit in Rejoinder is fled.

By this Writ Petition fled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner prays for an order and direction against the Respondent No.4 to pay bills in respect of Petitioners salary from the date of their appointments as teachers as well as Shikshan Sevak towards the arrears of salary and also to submit pay bills in respect of regular salary payable each month in future along with other teaching and 1/2

Mrs. Solunke, learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 invited our attention to paragraph 5 of the Affdavit in Reply fled on 23rd December, 2013 and submits that, the Petitioners have been already paid arrears of salary as Assistant Teachers and now they are regularly getting their salary as Assistant Teachers. It is further stated in the said Affdavit in Reply that inadvertently arrears of honorarium payable to the Petitioners during the period they worked as Shikshan Sevaks remained to be paid. On 21st December, 2013 the bill for payment of arrears of honorarium to the Petitioners have been submitted to the Treasury Offcer, Pune and they will be paid arrears of honorarium in due course of time. Statement in paragraph 5 of the said Affdavit in Reply is accepted. 4.

If the payment of arrears of honorarium to the Petitioners is not paid pursuant to the letter dated 21st December, 2013 as Shikshan Sevak, same shall be paid within four weeks from the date of communication of this order. 5.

Writ Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
