They, through respective counsel admit and agree to the consent terms as reflected in the document tendered before this Court which is marked as 'X' for identification. The undertakings given by the respective parties to the petitions since are volunteered, same are accepted as reflected in the consent terms.
As such, petitions stand disposed of as per the consent terms tendered before this Court.
So far as the claim of the petitioner-company in Writ Petition No. 8864 of 2018 is concerned, it is informed that of the total workers, three of them i.e. respondent nos. 12, 15 & 25 have neither appeared before this Court nor they have questioned orders impugned like other respondent workmen who are similarly placed.
Keeping the right of the said respondents open to question the order impugned, in a fresh petition open, both these petitions stand disposed of with liberty as observed herein above. [NITIN W. SAMBRE, J.]
