Mr.Kankal, learned A.G.P. for the respondent nos. 1 to 3 seeks time to file affidavit in reply. The election programme is already issued on 27th April, 2018. The election would be held on 27th May,2018.

Mr.Kankal, learned A.G.P. on instruction states that the Appeal No.4 of 2018 filed by the petitioner would be heard and disposed of by the learned Additional Commissioner on or before 15th May,2018 and the order would be conveyed to the petitioner simultaneously. Statement is accepted.

The petitioner is directed to remain present in the office of the learned Additional Commissioner on 8th May,2018 at 11.00 a.m. for hearing. The learned Additional Commissioner shall hear the

The petitioner is directed to convey this order to the respondent no.6 also to enable the respondent no.6 to remain present before the learned Additional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune at the time of hearing of the appeal filed by the petitioner. 6.

Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
