12/12 501.FA-430-2021.doc comply with the undertaking given in paragraph 3(g), the Registrar, Appellate Side, shall immediately invoke the bank guarantee and pay over Rs.7 Crores to respondent. If the amount as mentioned in paragraph 3(g) is paid as per the undertaking, the Registrar, Appellate Side, may cancel the bank guarantee and return the same to appellant.

Appeal accordingly disposed. No order as to costs. Interim application, if any, also stand disposed.
