10-ia.1705.2023.doc as party respondent no.2 in Criminal Appeal No.165 of 2023. It appears that the applicant herein was a party respondent in the application filed by the appellant herein before the trial Court. 3.

Learned Counsel for the appellant in Criminal Appeal No.165 of 2023, has no objection, if the Interim Application is allowed and the applicant is impleaded as a party respondent in Criminal Appeal.
