The above Civil Application has been filed seeking condonation of delay of 245 days in filing the above First Appeal. The reasons why the delay has occurred are mentioned in paragraph 6 of the above Civil Application. The sum and substance of the reasons is that for administrative reasons that the delay of 245 days has occurred. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No.1 i.e. the original Claimant opposes the above Civil Application but ultimately leaves it to this court. Considering the reasons mentioned in paragraph 6 as also considering the fact that some time has been lost in arriving at a decision to file the Appeal, the reasons mentioned in paragraph 6 can be said to be the plausible reasons for the said delay of 245 days.
