Accordingly, we are of the considered view that no purpose will be sub-served if this petition is kept pending for consideration. Consequently, we do not entertain the same, while granting liberty to the petitioner and/or any other aggrieved party to seek appropriate statutory remedy, in the event any grievance subsists.
