This is an Application under section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No.181/2023 registered with Powai Police Station, Mumbai for offences punishable under sections 143, 147, 323, 324, 354-B, 379, 409, 427, 452 r/w. 149 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of the accusations, this Court by order dated 04/03/2023, had granted interim bail to the Applicant. Learned APP states that pursuant to the said order, the Applicant has reported to the Investigating Officer and that he has co-operated with the investigation. It is stated that the presence of the Applicant is not 1/2
