We have carefully perused the contents of the letter addressed to the Hon'ble the Chief Justice by the petitioner. It appears that the grievance raised by the petitioner was that after his release, there was possibility that he would be killed in a fake encounter. In our opinion, the grievance, at the relevant time, was premature. If such apprehension subsists till date, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance.
