The above Civil Application has been filed seeking stay of the decree passed by the Learned Judge of the Family Court in respect of maintenance. The above Family Court Appeal No.109 of 2015 alongwith companion Family Court Appeal No.105 of 2015 were admitted by a Division Bench of this Court on 30.09.2015. By the said order, the Applicant/Appellant who is the father-in-law was directed to pay maintenance as per the decree passed by the Trial Court i.e. the Learned Judge of the Family Court. The Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Applicant/Appellant states that in view of the said directions, the BGP.

Applicant/Appellant has been paying maintenance which has been paid upto March 2017. The Applicant/Appellant has already deposited Rs.7,00,000/- in this Court which was granted as permanent alimony. In view thereof, no relief is necessary to be granted in the above Civil Application. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
