This is an application for bringing on record the legal heirs of Respondent No.2 as indicated in the cause title. Mr.Geete appears and waives service for proposed legal heirs of Respondent No.2 (Respondent Nos.2A & 2D). The date of the death is 07.05.2021 and application is affirmed on 15.06.2021. In view of the exclusion of limitation as ordered by the Hon' ble Supreme Court, during Corona Pandemic, this application is filed in time.
