P.C.:- This is an Application for relaxation of condition to report to Nirmal Nagar Police Station, Bandra on every Monday of every month, imposed upon the Applicants by an Order dated 23rd April, 2007 while releasing them on bail in present Appeal.

Learned Advocate for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicants are scrupulously attending Nirmal Nagar Police Station, Bandra for last more than 15 years and therefore the said condition may now be relaxed.

In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the Application, during the pendency of Appeal, Applicants are hereinafter directed to 1/2
