This Application is filed praying for fixing early date of hearing of the Appeal.

Considering that the Applicants are not in a position to withdraw the amount of enhanced compensation, though his Application is allowed for a condition of furnishing security. They are not in position to give security and therefore they could withdraw only 50% of the amount. Applicant Nos.3 to 6 are senior citizens. They are deprived of the amount of compensation.

Fix the Appeal for hearing on 30th April, 2024. 4.
