Respondent No. 2 the Regional Deputy Director of Education (Secondary) Nashik Region is to decide the representation made by the Petitioners to convert their Boys Town Public School Nashik Secondary Section, currently recognised and aided both, to recognised but unaided school on a self-finance basis under the Maharashtra Self Finance Schools (Establishment and Regulation Act 2012). The Petitioner has made a representation on 26th April 2023. We require that representation to be decided 6th June 2023

31-ASWP-6689-2023.DOC after affording an opportunity for hearing to the Petitioners at the earliest possible, and, in any event, by 7th July 2023. 2.

The Petition can be disposed of in these terms. We have made no observation on the merits.
