P.C. :- The Petitioner has approached this Court at a stage when show cause notices were issued to the alleged offenders as to why penalties referred to in the show cause notices be not levied and recovered on account of the violation alleged in the show cause notices.

Treating the show cause notices to be orders levying penalty, the Petition has been filed praying that the State should be directed to recover the penalties levied.

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner apologizes for the haste and seeks leave to withdraw the Petition so that the Petitioner can find out what was the fate of the show cause notice. Whether or not penalties were levied ? If levied, whether recovered or not ? 4.
