The petition is filed seeking directions to transfer the investigation of F.I.R. lodged against the petitioners as well as F.I.R. against present petitioners in relation to the transactions of the R.B.S. Multi Care Pvt. Ltd.

Learned APP Mrs. Mulekar, made a statement that three C.Rs. are registered against petitioner i.e. being C.R.No.271 of 2014 at Sangola Police Station District: Solapur, C.R.No.113 of 2014, at Mhaswad 1/2

15 wp 2043 of 2015.doc Police Station, District: Satara, and C.R.No.88 of 2015 at Dattawadi Police Station, District: Pune. She further submitted that investigation into crimes registered at Sangola Police Station and Mhaswad Police station, is already completed and chargesheets in those crimes have already been filed. Statement is accepted.
