Perused the complaint. Learned APP submits that the police is investigating into the offence. Goods worth Rs.1.53 crores are involved. The role of persons who had purchased goods from the Manager of the Depot of respondent no.2, would also be looked into and investigated by the police. Considering the nature of allegations made and the submissions advanced by the APP at this stage, we are not inclined to interfere. We direct the police to complete the investigation as early as possible. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
