The learned Counsel appearing for Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran (for short, 'MJP'), on instructions, states that the request made by the petitioner for simultaneous execution of the work has now been approved at the State level and therefore, simultaneous execution of the work expected by the MJP has been commenced. The learned Counsel further submits that according to work order, the said work will be completed within 24 months. The Chief Officer, Zilla Parishad shall supervise the implementation of the work and take necessary steps accordingly.
