In the affidavit in reply filed by on behalf of the Respondent - State, it is stated that the name of Petitioner No.2 is shown at Sr. No.19 in the waiting list for appointment on compassionate ground. It is stated that Petitioner No.2 would be granted appointment on the compassionate ground as per her turn in the waiting list. 2] In that view of the matter, purpose of the Petition stands served and disposed of as such.
