Heard learned counsel appearing for the respective parties. 2.

The order impugned in the present petition is order dated 12.05.2022 passed by the learned trial court by which the application filed by the Petitioner for seeking permission to file proceedings during the summer vacation came to be rejected on the grounds of "no urgency".

The learned trial court is directed to lodge the civil suit filed by the Petitioner during the vacation period. However, liberty is granted to the Petitioner to move the civil suit only after reopening of the Court. In the event, if the Petitioner desires to press for ad-interim / interim relief, notice be served upon the Respondents / Defendants in advance.
