Heard. These Applications are for condonation of delay in filing the present appeals challenging the impugned judgments and award passed by the MACT in MACP Applications.

The learned counsel for the Respondent vehemently opposed the Civil Application for condonation of delay.

He submits that the Applicant has not shown sufficient cause for condonation of delay. Same be dismissed with costs.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Applications, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Applications.
