This petition is filed seeking to quash Session Case No.130/2014 pending before the Court of Sessions, Kalyan. The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is restricting his relief to expeditious disposal of the sessions case. The learned counsel for the Petitioner has placed before us Daily Status of the case wherein it is shown for evidence. The learned counsel states that the matter is at this stage for an inordinate period of time. 2.

Considering the fact that the sessions case is of the year 2014, the learned Sessions Judge, Kalyan will make an edeavour to

skn 2 14-WP-1918.2022.doc dispose of the sessions case early, preferably within a period of one year, subject to earlier time-bound commitments and older cases to be disposed of under the drive initiated by this Court. 3.

Writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
