P.C. :- By our order dated 10th June 2015, we had directed issuance of fresh notice to Respondents on spare copies being supplied within a week from 10th June 2015. It appears that spare copies had not been supplied by the Petitioner and therefore, notice could not be issued to the Respondents. Spare copies be supplied within a week from today, failing which this Writ Petition would stand dismissed without further reference to Court. On such spare copies being supplied, notice be issued to the unserved Respondents, returnable 28th July 2015.
