After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application. He states that the Applicant will surrender within a week, before the appropriate Court after giving notice of the date and time of surrender. 2.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. If an Application for regular bail is preferred by the Applicant, the learned Judge shall decide the same on its own merits uninfluenced by the withdrawal of this Application.
