Vide impugned order is dated 11th April, 2017, request of the petitioner-father for permission to admit the child to the boarding school came to be rejected.

On the date of the impugned order, the age of the child was 5 years.

In the aforesaid background, it will be inappropriate for this Court not to interfere at this stage of the proceedings. The petition is accordingly disposed of.

The petitioner is granted liberty to move afresh before the same Court, in April, 2021.
