The learned Advocate for the Petitioners states that his Application being No.3440 of 2017 challenging the Change Report is pending before the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nashik. He states that the Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nashik may be directed to dispose off the said Application No.3440 of 2017 within a stipulated period. It is submitted that if such direction is given, the Petitioner is not desirous of pursuing the above Writ Petition. 2.

In view thereof, the following order is passed : (i) The Assistant Charity Commissioner, Nashik shall hear and dispose off Application No.3440 of 2017 filed by the Petitioners against the Respondent No.1 Trust within a period of six months from the date of this order. SSP 1/2
