Mr. Prakash Vishnu Keni, a son of the Petitioner is present. He informs the Court that the Petitioner Smt. Sakhubai Vishnu Keni died on 13th January, 2015. He produces photocopy of the death certificate and AADHAR card. He submits that he do not want to go ahead with the matter as the Petitioner is dead.
