After the Court expressed its disinclination to entertain the prayer for bail, learned Counsel for the Applicant, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the application. Learned Counsel, however, submits that as the offences have their genesis in the matrimonial dispute, the trial be expedited. 3.
