1. In this writ petition, the petitioner sought to challenge the order dated th February, 2017 passed in Appeal no.93(9)2017. It appears that even before the petition was filed, pursuant to an order passed by the Company Court in Company Petition no.986 of 2014 the Official Liquidator, High Court, Bombay has been appointed Liquidator of the petitioner. In the circumstances, this petition cannot be proceeded with. In the circumstances, this petition cannot be entertained. I, therefore, pass the following order:- (i) Writ petition is disposed.

(ii) The Liquidator is at liberty to take such steps he is required to adopt.
