Referring to the order dated April 12, 2022, Mr. Patil, learned advocate for the petitioner submits that he sought for a written communication from the petitioner for withdrawal of the writ petition for which he had been orally instructed earlier; however, no further communication has been received.

Since the petitioner does not seem to be interested in prosecuting this writ petition, the same stands dismissed for default.
