Mr. Shaikh states that pursuant to the order dated 8th April 2024, petitioner has received the refund amount of Rs.3,40,000/- together with interest there on. Mr. Shaikh states that petitioner has received a sum of Rs.4,30,663/-. Mr. Shaikh states since the amount has been directly credited to petitioner's account the details/workings of it had not been made available. Ms. Kanani states that she will forward a copy of the workings to Mr. Shaikh before end of this week. 2.
