Heard learned counsel for the Applicant. Perused the order dated 14.03.2022 and the subsequent order dated 17.05.2022 passed by this court during vacation.

Today learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submits that in terms of clauses (ii) and (iii) of the order dated 14.03.2022, the period for furnishing surety has already expired and the Applicant seeks extension of time of eight weeks to furnish the surety. In so far as the issue of payment of fine amount is concerned, the Applicant
