By this petition, the petitioner has impugned the order dated 7th January,2012 passed by the respondent no.1. Admittedly, there was no ad-interim relief in this petition. A fresh election is already announced and is due on 25th February,2018. I am thus not inclined to interfere with the impugned order which is subject matter of this petition at this stage.
