Contempt alleged is non compliance of an undertaking given by the Contemnor in terms of the order dated

2/2 1-cp-310-14.doc 22.10.2013. The parties have subsequently entered into a written MOU dated 29.09.2018 as per which upon compliance with the terms agreed therein the Contemnor would not have to comply with the undertaking given pursuant to the order dated 22.10.2013.

Thus, we withdraw the notice issued in the Contempt Petition and close the proceedings but recording that if the Contemnor breaches the MOU dated 22.09.2018, the Petitioner may revive the Contempt Petition.

The Contempt Petition is disposed of with a right to seek its revival.
