After this Writ Petition was heard for some time, Mr.Mendadkar says that the petitioners are seeking only one direction and that is to the second respondent-committee to expedite the process of scrutiny and verification and the necessary order in terms of Maharashtra Act No.XXIII of 2001. Though Mr. Mendadkar would request this Court to pass an order directing the other respondents to declare the petitioners results for the examination of the first year Mechanical Engineering Degree Course, we made it clear to Mr.Mendadkar that we are not inclined to grant any relief for no equities can be created in the manner sought by parties or by Mr.Mendadkar. 3.

In the circumstances both the petitions are disposed of with the directions that the Scrutiny Committee shall expedite the process and conclude it. It shall pass the requisite orders on or before 05th August 2018.

The petitioners to co-operate in disposal of the proceedings as directed by this Court.
