The above Application has been filed for restoration of the above Writ Petition which has stood dismissed for non-prosecution on account of the non-appearance of the Advocate on 10.04.2015. The reasons for the non-appearance of the Advocate are mentioned in the Application. None appears for the Respondent No.1 who is the main contesting Respondent though served. The Application is accordingly allowed. Resultantly, the Writ Petition is restored to file. List the Petition for final hearing after the ensuing summer vacation as per its turn.
