Heard the learned counsel for the appellant.

The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he received instruction from his client to withdraw all these First Appeals. He further makes a statement that statutory amount deposited by them in the Registry of this court, be transferred to MACT so that same can be withdrawn by the Respondents original Claimants. He further submits that refund of court fee may be granted according to law. To that effect, he has given in writing. Same is taken on record and marked "X" for its identification. Same is accepted. Hence, following order is passed:

a All these First Appeals stand disposed of as withdrawn.

b Amount, if any, deposited by the 2/3

appellant in the Registry of this court, be transferred to MACT along with accrued interest if any immediately.

c Refund of court fee according to law.

d No order as to costs.
