Heard the learned counsel for the applicant wife. In view of the order passed by this Court on 7th April 2016 in Family Court Appeal No. 144 of 2014, now the Appeal will remain confined to the Petition No.A­1957 of 2008. The first prayer in this application is for stay of the impugned decree. The said prayer cannot be granted as by the impugned Decree, the Petition No.A­1957 of 2008 has been dismissed. Other prayers in this application are in relation to the order of maintenance passed in the Petition No.E­392 of 2007. This Court has already permitted the applicant to file a separate proceedings as regards that part of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 5th March 2014. Hence, the said prayers will have to be made in the separate proceedings which may be filed by the applicant.
