The above Writ Petition is filed by the Builders Association of India - Nashik Centre, an unregistered body, impugning certain clauses/tender conditions in the tender documents issued by the Respondent No.1 Corporation. The Advocate for the Corporation has informed the Court that several builders have participated in the tender process without objecting to any of the clauses in the tender documents and thereafter, this Petition is filed by the Petitioner, which is an unregistered body.
