Learned APP on instructions states that the prayer of the Petitioner is that the police be directed to submit their report under Section 202 of the Criminal Procedure Code, pursuant to the direction given by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Andheri, Mumbai, vide order dated 11.03.2015.

Learned APP on instructions states that the said report has been submitted before the learned Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Andheri, Mumbai on 27.09.2016 in Cri.Complaint No.305 of 2013.

In view of the aforesaid statement, nothing survives for consideration in the Petition. Accordingly, the Petition is disposed of.
