DATED : 4th JULY, 2022 P.C:- On 7/06/2022 the applicant was admitted to interim protection by recording a prima facie case to the effect that the relationship between the two was consensual.

In the complaint there is a reference to certain instances, of the complainant being assaulted and it is alleged that ground she was forced into the relationship. The complainant is personally present in the Court and submit that the applicant shall not be released on bail. On account of his conduct which resulted in invocation of section 323 and 504, 66, 376(a)(n), 506 part-II-420 of IPC. The accusations faced by the applicant shall be tried in the Ashish Mhaske

2/2 21 ABA1397.22.doc course of the trial however in the wake of the prima facie recording that the complainant is a major and the relationship between the two started in the year 2019 and continued till 13/04/2022, when she approached the police station. The complainant also make a grievance that on being released on bail the applicant has attempted to contact her. She is at liberty to lodge a complaint with the investigating officer and in case there is any breach of condition imposed on the applicant while being released on bail, the same is liable to be cancelled. The order dated 7/06/2022 is made absolute.
