Mr. Aggarwal, learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions, submitted that the Superintendent of Police CBI, EOB, Mumbai, by its communication dated 24th May 2023 has informed the Advocate on record for the Petitioner that, the present case i.e. RC0682023E0001 has already been transferred to CBI, EO-IV, Kolkata, as per the order of Competent Authority. He produced on record a photocopy of the said communication. 2.

In view thereof, learned counsel for Petitioner, on instructions seeks leave to withdraw present Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate remedy including to file a Petition before the Calcutta High Court. Leave and liberty granted.
