The Applicant has preferred an application for furlough. The grievance of the Applicant is that though ten months have passed, the Police Report is not yet received in relation to his application for furlough. Looking to this fact, if the Police Report has not yet been submitted, the concerned Police Station to submit Report within three weeks from the date of receipt of this order. 1/2 APPW-216-15.doc

This order be communicated to the concerned Police Station by the Office of the D.I.G. (Prisons), Western Region, Pune, who is the concerned authority, who will consider the application for furlough of the Applicant.

The learned A.P.P. to communicate this order to the concerned authority i.e. D.I.G. (Prisons), Western Region, Pune. 5.
