Heard the Learned Advocates appearing for the parties. Following order is passed, by consent :- (a) An amount of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be paid by the Respondent to the Petitioner in full and final settlement of all his dues/claims against the Respondent, within a period of three weeks from the date of this order. (b) The Petitioner shall be entitled to receive the balance amount of the provident fund from the Office of the Provident Fund Authorities at Kolhapur. (c) The Petitioner shall be at liberty to agitate his claim qua the land on which the karkhana is situated by filing proceedings before the appropriate forum. (d) Save and except mentioned herein, the Petitioner agrees that he shall have no claim against the Respondent.
