By an order dated 20th December, 2014, this Court [Coram: Mrs. Mridula Bhatkar, J.) granted ad-interim stay to the execution of the impugned award passed by the learned Commissioner for Workmen's Compensation and Judge, 3rd Labour Court at Thane in Application (WCA) No.118/C-24 of 2009, subject to deposit of decretal amount with accrued interest within six weeks. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing for the applicant submits that the amount has been deposited on 21st January, 2015. Statement is

In view of the statement made across the bar, ad-interim stay stands confirmed till disposal of the appeal. 4.
