Heard learned counsel for the parties.

On 22nd July 2022, this Court had passed the following order:- 1.
The grievance of the learned Counsel for the petitioners, in this petition is that despite the notification dated 2nd March, 2016, issued by the Commissioner of Police, Brihan Mumbai, stating therein, that licence is not required for Video Games, the Police are not permitting the petitioners to conduct Video Games in his shop.

Learned APP, on instructions of PSI Mr. Jadhav, states that the Police are bound by the notification dated 2nd N. S. Chitnis 1/2
5-wp.1865.2022.doc March, 2016. She submits that as per the said notification, no licence is required for conducting Video Games Parlour. She submits that in view of the same, it is always open for the petitioners to run the same.

Learned APP further submits that the Police have not imposed any restrictions on the petitioners or has prohibited the petitioners from conducting the Video Games Parlour inasmuch as, no licence is required for the same.

Stand over to 28th July, 2022 at 2.30 p.m. To be listed under the caption 'for direction'.

Today, the matter is listed under the caption 'for Direction' 4.
Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that the petitioners have opened the Video Games Parlour and are conducting the games in terms of the Notification dated 2nd March 2016. 5.
In view of the aforesaid, the grievance of the petitioners does not survive.

Petition is accordingly disposed of.
